Join us for an immersive event of sound and stillness as Can guides a seated Gong Circle in our new House of Smarana space.
Surrounded by multiple gongs, participants will be held within a rich field of vibration, creating a three-dimensional sphere of sound that invites the mind to soften and the body to settle into deep presence.
Unlike a traditional lying-down sound bath, this gathering is held in a seated circle, supporting a more conscious and meditative experience. Through waves of resonance, harmonics, and silence, we journey inward, into a space of listening, reflection, and inner stillness.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow the sounds to guide you into a deeper connection with yourself.
