As autumn settles in, we’re returning to Grandma’s Wonderland for another two-day Back to Earth experience, a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature.

Set within this beautiful family farm, we’ll spend the weekend moving between breath, sound, movement, stillness, and connection. Through somatic practices, nervous system work, TRE, meditation, yoga, sound, and shared moments, we’ll create space to listen to what the body is asking for and gently let go of what we no longer need to carry.

Autumn is a season of transition, of shedding, softening, and making space for what comes next. This weekend is an invitation to honour that transition within ourselves, while reconnecting with our bodies, our breath, the earth, and each other.
